What have you tried so far? An answer is what they want to hear, a solution is what they don’t want to hear. Interesting enough, in these old drivers the resolution seems to be locked at x dpi as opposed to the x dpi of the new drivers. Thank you for the instructions again, but unfortunately they didn’t resolve my issue. I can upload scans from the documents to clarify the issue, but currently my resolution is to use Class Drivers on Windows 8 and XPS drivers on Windows 7 and print PDF files from my Win8 machine when possible.
